BUFFS disappointingly bowed out of the national competition at the expense of a struggling home side who had shipped an incredible TWENTY goals in their previous two games.

It was another frustrating display from Billy Thomson's Jekyll and Hyde team who are struggling to find consistency with so many ups and downs.

While it was a poor game it must be said that the best team won.
