CLARK DRIVE Girls teams had their games called off on Saturday and the 9s and 11s festival was cancelled on Sunday - so much for summer football.
On Saturday night the club held a very successful race night and disco, raising more than £1,200.
It was a superb effort by everyone. And to date everyone survived Teresa’s homemade soup!
This weekend the fixtures are: 13s away to Hamilton 15s away to Rutherglen 11 and 9s play host to Kilwinning at Marresss on Sunday.
The girls teams are also in at St John Ogilvie this week coaching P3,4 & 5s and they extend a big thanks to Heather McCann and Michelle Collins from Active Schools for helping them coordinate their coaching session at all Irvine Primary Schools.
Again they are always looking for players to play at all age groups 7s, 9s, 11s, 13s and 15s.
