'EXCELLENT GAME' FROM MEADOW

MEADOW produced one of their best performances of pre-season to comfortablty beat St Mirren's youngsters.

Boss Chris Strain, who decided on a 3-5-2 formation for the game, was delighted with how his squad played, describing it as an 'excellent game'.

With a centre-midfield of David McGeown, Gareth Turner and Chris Strain, Meadow were controlling large spells of the first half.
