MASTERLY Meadow's Marymass Derby dominance continued with a clinicaly efficient win against a spirited Westenders side who had the audacity to take a shock lead at their old rivals' stomping ground.

The programme notes revealed that Abba's Winner Takes It All topped the charts on this day 30 years ago.

That was certainly the case with this tie as the victors earned home advantage in Wednesday's quarter-finals against Ardrossan Winton Rovers and the losers faced the daunting prospect of a trip to the Garnock Valley to face a testing last-eight showdown with Super League Premier Division champions Beith Juniors.
