STEWARTON Tennis and Sports Club are pleased to announce that the courts and clubhouse at Corsehillbank Street are now formally leased to the club.
The club would like to thank the local councillors, EAC Leisure, and Property Services for their input and support. In addition they would like to especially thank Dickie Homes Ltd for their recommendation of the club"s proposal as one that meets the requirements for access to the funding provided by them, as part of their planning commitments to the town.
A programme of works to refurbish the three courts and clubhouse will commence shortly.
The non-profit making club is run by a voluntary committee and the best way for residents to help secure its future is to become members.
A yearly membership fee will be charged with all proceeds going to maintain and develop the club. Arrangements have been made for application forms to be held at the Stewarton Library. For further updates and application forms please see www.stewartontennis.org
