NOTICE OF PUBLIC EVENT
Hillhouse Quarry Group is holding a public event to consult on plans to submit a detailed planning application for the winning and working of minerals and associated ancillary operations at Hillhouse and Hallyards quarries, construction of internal link road between quarries and formation of paths. (Consolidation of two existing consented quarry operations into a single site with a reduced overall site area) (Major Development).
The public event will be held on Tuesday 18th October 2016 2pm - 7pm at Montgomerie Hall, Main Street, Dundonald.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the above event on a 'drop in' basis where Representatives of the company will be available to discuss the proposed planning application.
Information on the proposed development will be available at the public event or after in writing from Pleydell Smithyman Ltd, 2nd floor, 116 Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 4EG. The same address can be used to submit any comments on the proposed development or alternatively, information can be obtained and comments made via email to grahamc@pleydellsmithyman.co.uk. Comments should be made in full by 31st October 2016.
Please be advised that comments made to the applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If the prospective applicant submits a planning application there will be a separate opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority.
