NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT THE EAST AYRSHIRE MINERALS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (AS AMENDED)

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008

East Ayrshire Council has approved modifications to the Proposed Minerals Local Development Plan as recommended by Scottish Ministers following an examination of the plan. The Council intends to adopt the Minerals Local Development Plan, as modified. The modified Plan will be submitted to Scottish Ministers as the Councils intended Minerals Local Development Plan on 5 September 2019. The Plan, along with the modifications to the Plan, can be viewed online at

The documents are available for inspection on the Council's website and at the Council offices mentioned above between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays and at all local libraries during normal opening hours.
