NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DRAFT SUPPLEMENTARY GUIDANCE
Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended) & Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has published draft Supplementary Guidance in relation to New Cumnock Placemaking Map and Action Programme.
The draft Supplementary Guidance provides further information or detail in respect of policies or proposals set out in the East Ayrshire Local Development Plan, adopted 3rd April 2017. Once approved by Scottish Ministers, it will form part of the East Ayrshire Local Development Plan.
Copies of the draft supplementary guidance have been deposited at:
(1) Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1DD

(2) Cumnock Area Centre, Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Road, Cumnock KA181LH

(3) East Ayrshire Council HQ, London Road, Kilmarnock KA3 7BU

The draft documents are available for inspection at the Council offices mentioned above, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm on Fridays and at all local libraries during normal library opening hours.

Completed Representation Forms must be received by the Council on or before 4pm on Thursday 12 March 2020.
