Coronavirus (COVID-19): planning guidance on pre-application consultations for public events TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at 225 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4GZ for Demolition of existing office and redevelopment for Proposed Purpose Built Student Accommodation and associated works. A public consultation event will be held by means of an online virtual public exhibition from 22nd October to 22nd November 2020 at https://iqdevelopmentglasgow.co.uk/ with a 'virtual' live consultation event held 2pm-6pm 28th and 29th October 2020. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so within 28 days of this notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to R Evans, Ryden LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh EH3. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
