Road/ Barskimming Road - Mauchline, Applicants: Miller Homes Limited and Sir Claud and Lady Etain Haggart-Alexander Proposal: The erection of a residential development, including all associated Infrastructure, landscaping, access works together with all

necessary utilities. A Virtual Public Exhibition will take place from

Monday 23rd August 2021, until Monday 6th September 2021 with live two- way chat sessions on both the 25th August 2021 as well as on the 30th August 2021 between 2pm and 4pm as well as 6pm until 8pm. Our event and webpage, can be accessed via:

Those wishing to make comment on the proposals may do so at the above event, either through the live chat sessions or via trie feedback forms that will be available. These can either filled in live on-line, or returned to the address below. Any comments should be received by no later than Friday 17th

September 2021. For those unable able participate in the live chat sessions, separate, and individual telephone discussions can be scheduled by calling 0870 336 4000 and asking to speak with Robert McKinnon. Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below, and not tc East Ayrshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once
