TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 AND THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective

applicant:

Proposed development at land 1.3km north east of Hunterston B Power Station, Hunterston, KA23 9QX for Installation of a Synchronous Compensator and cable route, with associated infrastructure.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online to avoid social distancing constraints. The consultation will be held at

www.hunterstonDlannina.co.uk

and be open for questions and comments for a period of 21 days from 23 September 2021 until 14 October 2021. This will include a day of live interaction on 30 September 2021 between the hours of 11am until 5pm where members of the project team will be available to answer questions and interact with the local community through a live chat function.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 14 October 2021 via the website or by contacting Barton Willmore on the details shown above.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should

not be made to North Ayrshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to North Ayrshire Council, there will be the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
