TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site of Bellgrove Hotel and adjacent site to the East, bounded to North by Comelypark Street, South by Gallowgate and East by path on line of former Bellfield Street. For conversion of 'B' Listed Bellgrove Hotel into flats, and construction of new flats on adjacent site. Total of approx. 85 units. Associated car parking, access, open space, drainage infrastructure etc. A public meeting will be held at Reidvale Community Centre, 13 Whitevale Street, G31 1QW on 1st October and 12th November from 2-4pm and 5-7pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 26/11/21 to The Wheatley Group, Wheatley House, 25 Cochrane Street, Glasgow, G1 1HL. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
