PROPERTY FACTORS (SCOTLAND) ACT 2011

PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 9(3)

Scottish Ministers, St Andrews House, Edinburgh EH1 3DC The Scottish Ministers hereby give public notice of removal of the property factor named below from the Property Factor Register under section 4(7) of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011:

Indigo Square Property Factor Ltd, 42 Holmlea Road,

Battlefield, Glasgow G44 4AL

The date of removal is 23 February 2022

This means the relevant date under section 9(2) of the

Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 (effect of removal)

is 23 February 2022. Accordingly, after 24 February 2022:

■ No costs incurred by the property factors in respect of work instructed after 24 February 2022 are recoverable;



■ No charge imposed by the property factors which relates to a period after 24 February 2022 is recoverable;



■ Homeowners may appoint new property factors (or decide to manage their properties without appointing a property factor) in accordance with the procedures made in relation to such decisions in their title deeds or, as the case may be, the Tenement Management Scheme; and



■ The property factors may not lodge a notice of potential liability for costs under section 13(1) of the Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 11) in respect of work instructed after 24 February 2022.
