Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed mixed use development comprising residential use, including live/work units, class 1, class 2 and class 3 uses, associated parking, open space, infrastructure, and landscaping on a land bounded by Minerva Street/ West Greenhill Place/ Finnieston Street, Glasgow. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, public consultation will be held online at https://orbitconsultations.scot/finniestonstreet on Thursday 10th March 2022 between 3pm and 7pm. Representatives of the applicant will be giving presentations and be available to respond to questions received via the website. Information on how to access the public consultation is currently available on the website and further information may be obtained from Lisa Russell, Turley, 7-9 North St David Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1AW Telephone 0131 524 9442. If you wish to make comments on the proposal you may do so via the website or by contacting the development team directly by email at finniestonstreet@orbitconsultations.scot, no later than 24 March 2022. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
