Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Town & Country Planning [Development Management Procedure] [Scotland] Regulations 2013 Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 PRE-APPLICATION EVENT Proposed residential development - Former Playdrome Site, Chalmers Street/ Argyll Road, Clydebank Applicants: Miller Homes Limited Proposal: The erection of a residential development, including all associated infrastructure, landscaping, access works together with all

necessary utilities. A Virtual Public Exhibition will take place from Monday 21st March 2022, this will remain live during the consideration of any future planning application, with a live two- way chat session taking place on Monday 4th April 2022 between 2pm and 4pm and then from 6pm until 8pm. Those wishing to make comment on the proposals may do so at the above event, either through the live chat session or via the feedback forms that will be available. These can either filled in live on-line or returned to the address below. Any comments should be received

by no later than Wednesday 27th April 2022. For those unable able participate in the live chat session, separate, and individual telephone discussions can be scheduled by calling 0870 336 4000 and asking to speak with Robert McKinnon.

Please note that any written representations made must be sent to the address below, and not to West Dunbartonshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will be afforded once a formal Planning Application has been lodged.
