Various Streets, Clackmannanshire (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road as a 20 MPH speed limit to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment and due to increased pedestrian and cycling use. Schedule - Sections of road over which a 20 MPH Speed limit will be applicable: A91 Menstrie - From a point 2 metres west of the west kerbline of Midtown in an easterly direction to its junction with Forthvale, a distance of 308 metres or thereby; A91 Alva - From a point 28 metres west of the west kerbline of Cobblecrook Gardens in an easterly direction to a point 63 metres west of the west kerbline of Norton Street, a distance of 648 metres or thereby; A91 Tillicoultry
- From a point 15 metres west of the west kerbline of Union Street in an easterly direction to a point 5 metres west of the west kerbline of Murray Square exit road a distance of 380 metres or thereby; A91 Dollar - From the west kerbline of Manor House Road in an easterly direction to a point 17 metres west of the west kerbline of Lover's Loan a distance of482 metres or thereby; and B913 Devon Road, Dollar - From its junction with A91 Bridge Street in a southerly direction to a point 159 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Dewar Street, a distance of 287 metres or thereby. The Orchard, Tullibody (Stopping-Up) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to stop-up a section of The Orchard, Tullibody for increased safety for pedestrians accessing Tullibody South Campus and to stop through traffic on The Orchard as it is no longer used by a bus service. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads. Schedule - Section of road over which the stopping up order applies.: The Orchard, Tullibody - From a point 54 metres or thereby west of its junction withNewmills, westwards for a distance of 32 metres or thereby. Alternative Route: Via The Orchard, Carseview, Newmills, The Orchard. B908: From its junction with B9140 at Collyland Roundabout in a northerly direction to the south side of the road bridge over Alva Burn a distance of 1260 metres or thereby; B913: From the north side of the Rackmill Burn culvert in a northerly direction to a point 159 metres south of the south kerb-line of Dewar Street, Dollar a distance of 716 metres or thereby; B9140: From a point 100 metres west of the west kerb-line of Coalpots Way, Fishcross in an easterly direction to a point 142 metres west of the west kerb-line of Gartinny, Coalsnaughton a distance of 1360 metres of thereby; and C101: From its junction with B9140 at Muirside Roundabout in a northerly direction to a point 75 metres south of the south kerb-line of Middleton, Menstrie a distance of 870 metres or thereby. The Council has made the above Amendment Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will designate the additional sections of road listed as parking spaces for disabled persons' vehicles within Clackmannanshire: No. 157, Ashley Terrace, Alloa - North Side - From the gable end of 221 Ashley Terrace, eastwards for a distance of 6.6 metres or thereby; No. 158 Union Street, Tillicoultry - East Side - From a point 64 metres or thereby north of its junction with A91 High Street, northwards for a distance of 6.6 metres or thereby; No. 159, Woodlands, Sauchie - North Side - From a point 22 metres or thereby west of its junction with Deerpark, westwards for a distance of 6.6 metres or thereby; No. 160, Woodlands, Sauchie - North Side - From a point 29 metres or thereby west of its junction with Deerpark, westwards for a distance of 6.6 metres or thereby; No. 161, Branshill Park, Sauchie - South Side
