Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at SHAWLANDS ARCADE, KILMARNOCK ROAD/EASTWOOD AVENUE, GLASGOW Proposed mixed use development to include shops/retail (Class 1), offices (Class 2), restaurants (Class 3)/public houses (sui generis), leisure (Class 11) uses and residential together with associated car parking, access, landscaping, public realm, engineering/infrastructure works and demolition of existing buildings (in Principle and in part detail Phase 1). A public consultation will be held on 10 May 2022 within the former Farmfoods unit located at 7 Shawlands Arcade, Glasgow, G41 3RS between the hours of 3pm and 8pm. An online consultation will be held at www.shawlandsarcade.com from 11 May 2022 between the hours of 3pm and 8pm when members of the project team will be available to answer questions via an interactive link. From 10 May to 31 May 2022, members of the public will be able to contact the project team via the project website or below contact details with any follow up questions.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
