RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL
On 27th January 2017, The Renfrewshire Council made the undernoted Order in part in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order, which comes into operation on 6th February 2017 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 7th December 2017 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in part in the
said notice.

Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available for inspection during 0800 hours to 1800 hours Monday to Friday, at the Customer Service Centre, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA 1 1LL.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 27th January 2017, apply to the Court of
Session for this purpose.
