The East Renfrewshire Council (Kirktonfield Road, Neilston) (Temporary Restriction to Use of Road) Order 2017
On the 7th February 2017 the Council made the above named Temporary Restriction Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 authorising the closure of Kirktonfield Road, Neilston to facilitate the safe replacement of a worn speed cushion and associated road repairs.
The Order authorising the closure of Kirktonfield Road, between its junction with Neilston Road and Hartfield Crescent, will commence on Wednesday 22nd February 2017 and remain in effect until Wednesday 1st March 2017 so as to accommodate any slippage in the programme of works.
The works are programmed to be carried out on Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd and Tuesday 28th February between 9.30am & 1.00pm each day.This will enable the contractor to safely remove the existing worn speed cushion, repair and resurface the carriageway below and install a new speed cushion.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure will be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Pedestrian access will be unaffected

Neilston Road - Kelburn Street - Main Street-Ralston Road - Springhill Road-Springfield Road - Kirktonfield Road and vice-versa.
