Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at former Govan graving docks, Glasgow, for the re-use of former graving docks and basin for ship repair and maintenance and associated physical works (Phase 1) and mixed-use development (future phases) for, Class 1 (Retail), Class 3 (Food and Drink), Class 4 (Business), Class 5 (General Industrial), Class 6 (Storage or Distribution), residential (Class 9 houses and sui generis flats) Class 10 (Non-residential institutions) and Class 11 (Assembly and Leisure), other Sui Generis uses (live/work units; public house; hot food takeaway), outdoor recreation space/landscaping/public realm; access and car parking; ancillary works. A public exhibition and consultation will take place on Saturday 3rd March 2018 between 1pm to 5.30pm at the Riverside Hall at 29 – 31 Clydebrae Street, Govan, Glasgow, G51 2AJ. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the above event and/or in writing to Ink Design Architecture at the above address,, 0141 552 2729 by no later than 17th March. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
