TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at 311-345 Argyle Street, 80-88 York Street, 85 Robertson Street & 65-73 Robertson Lane, Glasgow for demolition of three existing obsolete buildings. Erection of multi-storey office building with possible retail/restaurant and office uses on the ground floor. A vehicle access will be formed from Robertson Lane leading to basement car and bike parking. The pavements surrounding the building will be laid with material to match the existing public realm.
A public meeting will be held at Radisson Blu Hotel, 301 Argyle Street, Glasgow G2 8DL on Thursday 15th March 2018 between 2.30pm-8pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
