Proposed Planning Application for Housing, Sports
Facility, Community Facilities, Financial, Professional and
Other Services and Business Uses, landscaping, access
arrangements and associated uses on land at Dollarfield
Farm and New Field, Dollar.
Notice is hereby given that two pre-planning application
community engagement events are to be held on behalf of the
Cowden Farming Company and the Trustees of Dollar Academy in
respect of the above proposed development.
The events will be held in the Dollar Civic Centre, Park Place,
Dollar, FK14 7AA on Wednesday 21st March 2018 from 12pm –
9pm inclusive and in the King’s Seat Public House, 19-23 Bridge
Street, Dollar FK14 7DE on Thursday 22nd March 2018 from 12pm
– 6pm inclusive. The public consultation events will be attended
by members of the applicants’ planning and development team
who will be available to answer questions and provide additional
information or clarification as required.
Any persons wishing to make comments on the draft proposals to
the prospective applicants prior to the formal submission of the
planning application to Clackmannanshire Council may do so by

All comments should be submitted to the above noted addresses
by Friday 6th April 2018 at the latest.
Please note, comments made to the prospective applicant at this
time do not constitute representations to the Planning Authority. A
