THE A76 TRUNK ROAD (NEW CUMNOCK STATION WALL EAST REPLACEMENT) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2011
Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on the 12 July 2018 prepared a Compulsory Purchase Order entitled "The A76 Trunk Road (New Cumnock Station Wall East Replacement) Compulsory Purchase Order 201" which affects the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of improving a length of the A76 Dumfries - Kilmarnock Trunk Road in the vicinity of New Cumnock, East Ayrshire by replacing the New Cumnock Station Wall East. The Order is about to be made and comes into operation only if made. If the Order is made, a conveyance registered in implement of the Order may vary or extinguish rights to enforce real burdens and servitudes affecting the land.
Copies of the Order and of the map referred to therein have been deposited at the following offices and may be seen there without payment of fee during normal business hours from 19 July 2018 until 16 August 2018:-
Transport Scotland, Reception, 5th Floor, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF; Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, KA3 7BU and Cumnock Community Library, 1 Greenholm Rd, Cumnock KA18 1LH. Any person may object to the making of the Order, by notice in writing, to the Director of Trunk Road and Bus Operations, c/o Anthony Friel at Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF quoting reference SW/A76/NEW CUMNOCK/CPO and stating the grounds of objection.
