PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION BY THE PROSPECTIVE

APPLICANT

PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, LANDSCAPE TREATMENT, OPEN SPACE AND ASSOCIATED

INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS AND ENGINEERING OPERATIONS ON LAND AT POOL OF MUCKHART

Notice is hereby given of an engagement event for all members of the public to learn about the above proposed development prior to a planning application being lodged with Clackmannanshire Council

later in 2019.

The event will be held at the following location / time:

Coronation Hall School Road, Pool of Muckhart, FK14 7JF

Wednesday 06 March 2019 Between 2pm and 8pm

At the event representatives of Springfield Properties PLC will be on hand to answer questions raised by the attending public.

A feedback form will be provided at the event and all those in attendance are encouraged to complete a form expressing their views on the proposed development.

For the avoidance of doubt it should be noted that any comments submitted about the proposed development, either at the event itself or subsequently by post (by the end of March 2019) do not constitute representations to the Local Planning Authority. Once a planning application is formally submitted to Clackmannanshire Council later in 2019, there will be an opportunity to submit formal representations in relation to the proposed development.
