NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES FOR THE PROPOSED EAST AYRSHIRE MINERALS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (as amended)

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 DPEA Ref No: LDP-190-3

On 21 January 2019 East Ayrshire Council submitted to Scottish Minsters the above plan for examination.

A copy of the proposed plan is available for inspection at Planning and Economic Development, The Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1HU; Council Headquarters, London Road, KA3 7BU and Cumnock Area Centre, Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Road, Cumnock, KA18 1LH during normal office hours and at all libraries within East Ayrshire. The Proposed Plan can also be viewed on the Council's website at: https://www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/PlanningAndTheEnvironment/ Development-plans/LocalAndStatutoryDevelopmentPlans/East-Ayrshire-Minerals-Local-Development-Plan.aspx

The Scottish Ministers have appointed Mr Alasdair Edwards MA(Hons) MRTPI to carry out the examination of the above plan. Additional reporters may be appointed in due course to aid the speedy delivery of the examination report. The administration of the examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).

The planning authority has provided the reporter with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 Forms) it considers should be assessed at examination. Copies of representations received have also been submitted to the reporter.
