THOMSON - (Beattie) Agnes "Anne" Paxton Anne passed away June 29, 2020, just two and a half weeks from her 93rd birthday. Anne was a kind and loving woman with the biggest and most generous heart. She saw the good in everything and everyone around her and delighted in the simple pleasures that life had to offer. She was the best listener and always took the time to chat. In addition to her parents, Anne was predeceased by her husband, Robert "Bob" Thomson, brother Jack Beattie, sister Mimi McMinn, twin brother Hugo Beattie and son-in-law Paul Barrett. She is survived by her daughter June Barrett, granddaughters Angela Barrett-Jewers (Alex Jewers) and Sarah Barrett, as well as great-grandson Lauchlan Jewers, all in Canada. Because of COVID-19 travel restrictions, a long-delayed celebration of her life will take place on Friday, May 13th, 2022 at 11:00am in Fullerton Church, Irvine. A reception will follow the service in the Church Hall.
