THE caring pupils at Whitehirst Park Primary have been working hard to support Operation Christmas Child.
Operation Christmas Child is the world's largest children's Christmas project. Primary 1 and Primary 6 pupils from Whitehirst Park collected and filled a fantastic 75 shoe boxes with items from toothbrushes to cuddly toys, suitable for various ages. Money was also raised to assist with transportation costs.
A school spokesperson said they were delighted by the amount raised and added: "Thank you to everyone who donated."
