IRVINE'S Harbour Arts Centre is preparing to welcome one of Scotland's top 90s musicians.
This Friday (March 7), JJ Gilmour, supported by popular Irvine singer-songwriter Sean Kennedy, will take to the stage at the HAC.
JJ Gilmour originally enjoyed huge success in the 90s as lead vocalist with the Silencers, who became one of Scotland's top bands.
According to the HAC: "His critically acclaimed debut solo album Sunnyside P.A.L established his fiercely loyal fan base and gained wide spread acclaim from his peers as an "outstanding debut album".
"In recent years, JJ Gilmour has built up a staunch fan base and is widely recognised as one of Scotland's most distinctive singer/songwriters, able to fuse moving, intelligent lyrics with melodic harmonies." He will be performing live from 7.30pm that night with tickets £12.50.
