A 58-year-old man has admitted to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at his home in Irvine.
Daniel Kerr appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pleaded guilty to one charge.
On March 27, at his home in Jermond Avenue, Kerr repeatedly shouted, swore, uttered threats to damage the property and repeatedly banged on a wall.
Sentence was deferred for Kerr to be of good behaviour and to call before a particular sheriff in the Summary Trial Court in December.
