A MAN who admitted to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards employees of an Irvine hostel has been jailed for nine months.
Luke Arthur Walker, of Corrie Crescent in Saltcoats, pled guilty to two charges at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
Walker, 25, committed the offences in Boyle Street on October 21 of last year.
He shouted, swore, acted in an aggressive manner, threw objects about, struck doors and windows and placed three members of staff at Victoria House in a state of fear or alarm.
He was also found in possession of cannabis. Walker was jailed for three months and six months respectively to run consecutively
