Woman admits putting up intimate pictures on social media
A WOMAN has admitted to posting “intimate” pictures of another woman on social media.
Jacqueline Hamilton, of Laird Weir in Ardrossan, pled guilty to disclosing a series of photos which showed or appeared to show the woman in an intimate situation on August 6 this year.
Kilmarnock Sheriff Court was told Hamilton, 45, had set up a fake social media profile in the woman’s name and posted the pictures to it, causing the victim fear, alarm and distress.
Sheriff Michael Hanlon ordered reports on Hamilton and will sentence her in October.
