Police have arrested five Londoners following a robbery in Irvine.
Five men have been arrested and charged in relation to a robbery which took place about 3.50pm on Tuesday, November 13 at a mobile phone shop in the Bridgegate.
The men, who were all from London, were aged 28, 23, 19 and two age 17.
They were held in police custody with a full report sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said “Thankfully no persons were injured during this incident. We would like to thank all those who assisted with police enquiries which led to the swift arrest of those involved.”
