Bourtreehill Age Concern thank top supermarket team for £500 donation
The kind-hearted team at an Irvine shop has been thanked for donating a sizeable sum to Bourtreehell Age Concern.
The award-winning Bourtreehill Day Today Supermarket donated £500 to the area’s Age Concern Drop-in centre last week.
Linda Brown from Bourtreehill Age Concern said: “We wish to thank the shop for the £500 – and they do so much for the drop-in.
“We haven’t even decided what it’s to go towards, but it’s handy because it’s in cash. It’ll probably go towards an outing or party.”
