A MAN accused of exposing himself in fast food restaurants has been banned from every McDonald's in Scotland.
Peter Docherty denies intentionally exposing his genitals to a woman in McDonald's restaurant at the Bellfield Interchange in Kilmarnock on May 20 last year.
Docherty, of Wallace Avenue in Dundonald, is also accused of intentionally exposing himself two days previous to this, on May 18 to a different woman in another McDonald's Restaurant in Bathgate.
Docherty, 43, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and pled not guilty to the charges.
Bailing him Sheriff Alistair Watson banned Docherty from entering any McDonald's restaurant in Scotland.
he said: "I am going to implement a fresh bail order and the conditions are that you stay out of trouble, don't interfere with any witnesses and that you do not enter any McDonald's restaurant anywhere in the country.
Docherty will face trial in April.
