POLICE are on the hunt after £5,000 worth of goods were stolen from an Irvine industrial estate last week.
Irvine police say the theft occurred sometime between 5pm on January 14 and 9am on January 15 after a break-in at a unit in Whittle Place, South Newmoor Industrial Estate.
Sgt Jason Drury of Irvine Locality Police said: “As a result there was over £5,000 worth of goods stolen, particularly multi-tools, a nail gun, a chop saw and other electrical items.
“That’s an ongoing enquiry we’re looking into at the moment.”
