A Springside car firm took home bronze after a national customer service skills challenge.
Springside Motor’s Parts and Warranty manager, Jordan Killin (2nd left) participated in the recent UK Service Advisor Skills Cup.
Jordan was one of the five highest scoring advisors in the preliminary rounds and was invited to participate in the UK final, which was held in Nottingham.
Each of the five finalists participated in a series of tasks throughout the day which were designed to assess their competencies and customer handling skills.
All achieved very high scores, with few points separating the highest and lowest.
Jordan finished in third place.
