NORTH Ayrshire MCR Pathways is looking for people to mentor youngsters and help them reach their full potential.
Through the organisation’s Young Scottish Talent programme, mentors support and inspire young people who have been disadvantaged through no fault of their own.
Mentors from all walks of life are needed to help young people overcome barriers and inequality and be defined by their talent, not their circumstances.
To become a mentor, all you need is one hour a week and a willingness to put a young person first.
You’ll make and experience a lifechanging difference by helping a young person to use their talents.
