AN AYRSHIRE restaurant firm made it onto the 100 best companies to work for list for the fourth year in a row.
Buzzworks Holdings, one of Scotland’s largest hospitality groups, has been named in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for in the UK – with the firm positioned number 73 on the 2019 list.
Buzzworks has featured as the top Scottish hospitality company while being the 11th be st ho spitality company across the UK.
To win a place on the 100 Best Companies list, businesses must employ at least 250 full-time employees and achieve one of the 100 highest Best Companies Index scores as voted for by their staff.
Supporting personal growth for every employee through industry leading training and development programmes, encouraging charitable activities during business hours and a hands-on senior leadership team with strong values were all highlighted as top scoring factors for Buzzworks.
