Here I am, just minutes after welcoming my little bundle of joy, Jaime, in to the world in 2016.

Ahead of Mother's Day this Sunday, we are asking you to share your poignant photos of the moment you became a mother.
Whether your a picture of well-groomed perfection, or au-naturale, we would love to see them.
Maybe you didn’t give birth in hospital but have another special snap from the day your life changed forever.
Tell us the names of anyone in the photo, the month and year it was taken and where in Ayrshire you are from.
Some of images will form a special gallery to celebrate Mother’s Day next week.
