A world class harp quartet is preparing to perform a unique recital in Irvine’s very own Townhouse this Sunday.
Harp Quartet CLOUDS has been making new music together for the past ten years after they started as four friends from music college and has now grown into one of the most respected and groundbreaking harp ensembles in the world.
Since their college days they have released three CDs of original works – Clouds, Water, and Golden Light.
The Summer of 2018 saw them record their fourth album of new music, which is due for release this month.
Tickets are £7 and the performance will take place at 1pm on Sunday, May 26 in the Townhouse’s Burns Suite.
The Burns Suite is the perfect room to listen to live chamber music on a Sunday afternoon and tickets can be purchased on the door.
This concert will mark the final concert of the series and local audiences are set to experience some beautiful music that has been written specifically for these four renowned musicians.
