A convicted sex offender caught with nearly 100 sickening child abuse images has been bailed after allegedly breaching his order again.
Graham Scobie, 49, appeared in private at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week facing two charges of breaching his bail and his Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
No plea was entered during the hearing and Scobie was committed for further examination then granted bail.
Scobie avoided jail in February when he admitted to having almost 100 sick abuse pictures on his laptop – with six being in the most depraved category.
Scobie, who used 10 different Facebook profiles to make contact with people, was given a Community Payback Order and supervision order and made subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
He will appear back before the court at a later date.
