Man who showed sexual image on phone to three 12-year-old boys given warning
A man who showed a pornographic image to three children in an Irvine takeaway shop has been let off with a warning.
John Reid Millar admitted to showing the image to three 12-year-old boys while they were in Subway in Littlestane Road.
The 59-year-old of Strathmore Park in Irvine appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty to conducting himself in a disorderly manner causing three children to look at a sexual image on a mobile phone.
He was admonished and dismissed.
