The Marymass Garden Awards are now open for entries from KA12 and KA11 areas.
Entry is free and prizes will be awarded for Irvine’s best front, back and patio gardens.
Organiser Bill Anderson said: “Now that we’ve had a few days of good weather, it’s nice to see the garden centres filled with folk stacking their trolleys with pots and trays of flowers to make their gardens beautiful and full of colour.
“Well, now that you’ve spent all that money to make your garden lovely, why not reap some benefit by entering the Marymass Best Kept Garden competition?
