Brass band members raised more than £1,400 with a performance up Ben Nevis.
Members of the award-winning Irvine and Dreghorn Brass Band climbed the country's highest mountain with their instruments on Saturday to perform a concert for anyone who happened to be up the top.
This was to raise funds support their trip to Cheltenham to represent Scotland in the UK Brass Band Championship Finals 2019.
And once on top the band appropriately performed a rendetion of their signature favourite 500 Miles.
So far the band have raised £1,460.24 through their JustGiving page.
