A RAPIST who got his child victim pregnant was back in the dock after being caught using a false name.
Gary Dryden raped a 12-year-old schoolgirl in woods in Kilwinning and got her pregnant after making contact with her through Facebook in September 2016.
The-then 17-year-old had sex with the girl seven times before she became pregnant.
He was found guilty at Glasgow High Court in April last year and jailed for two years and 10 months.
However Dryden was back in the dock last week after admitting to breaching his bail conditions while he was awaiting trial for the rape last year.
Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard Dryden, now 20, had failed to tell police he was using a false name, Scott Harvey, between January and March last year.
He also admitted to behaving in a threatening and abusive manner, causing fear and alarm and shouting and swearing before kicking kitchen units and acting in an aggressive manner during an incident at an address in Katrine Place, Castlepark on March 6 last year.
The case was adjourned for reports.
Dryden, of Katrine Place, will return to court for sentencing in October.
