An Irvine pub will be going up for auction next month.
The Burns Bar and Restaurant, which closed its doors earlier in the year, is being offered at a guide price of £105,000, reduced from £425,000, with auctioneers saying it 'must be sold'.
Auctioneers added that the three-storey freehold commercial property benefits from an 'excellent trading location directly across from The Portal'.
The property, which offers a public bar, lounge bar, restaurant/function room with kitchen and the upstairs nightclub, is to be auctioned on October 22 at 7pm at the Glasgow Radisson Hotel.
