Tesco will host talented musicians for 30-hour Piano-thon
STAFF at an Irvine supermarket are gearing up to fine tune their piano-playing skills to raise money for charity.
Tesco is hosting a charity Piano-thon this month to raise vital funds for three charities - Ayrshire Hospice, Centrestage and the Swanson Family Charity - in memory of Irvine minister Ron and his wife Mary Swanson.
30 talented pianists will be playing popular melodies, for 30 consecutive hours, entertaining customers whilst raising funds.
The event will take place at Tesco Extra, Irvine on Friday, October 18 from 10am and finishing on Saturday, October 19 at 4pm.
