NORTH Ayrshire’s Provost has hosted a coffee morning to raise money for a cancer charity.
Provost Ian Clarkson put on the event as part of the Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.
The Provist was joined by former Labour MP, Brian Donohue and this year’s Marymass Royal Party who helped serve tea, coffee and cake.
The event was held in Irvine’s Towhouse and raised hundreds of pounds for the cancer charity.
Last year’s event raised £26,914,382 and the charity is hoping to raise even more this year.
