Residents are urged to celebrate someone who has been there for them.
North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership is inviting people who live or work in North Ayrshire to nominate individuals or teams for a Partnership Award.
Perhaps you would like to say a special thank you to someone who has helped you with your health or well-being.
It could be a neighbour, volunteer, carer, an individual or team from social services or the NHS, a charity, community group or care home, or even your local GP practice, dentist, pharmacist or optometrist.
