Greenwood pupils had fun learning about healthy eating choices last week.

The school’s S2 pupils enjoyed a visit from chef Ross Muir who held the Lowdown Roadshow on Monday, November 25 and Tuesday, November 26.

The pupils got to enjoy learning about dietary diseases and how making healthy choices now can help prevent these in the future.

A Greenwood Academy spokesperson said: “The roadshow gave pupils lots of ideas for making healthy choices now to help prevent dietary diseases in the future.

“They got to taste healthy vegetarian burgers made with kidney beans and beef burgers made with lean minced beef.

“Thank you to Ross for his excellent skills.”
